What is the currency of the indicated prices?
All the prices of the products and the shipping are indicated in Euros.

All the orders are paid in Euros, and will be the bank of the customer who applies the corresponding change rate in case of being a different currency than Euro the one used in the order.

IVA (Spanish tax) and other taxes are not included in the prices, and it is when terminating the order when the taxes show up, broken down. The current prices are always the ones reflected in the web page except from those with typographic errors.

How are the orders delivered?
The orders are delivered properly wrapped and protected in order to guarantee its integrity and always through the specialized companies in merchandise shipping.

Where are the orders delivered?
The orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer, we recommend to provide a shipping address where there could be someone to receive the merchandise. No orders are sent to post offices.

Can I send an order to a different address than mine?
The orders are delivered to the address indicated by the user, being his/her own or not.

What happens if in the address of delivery there is no one to receive the order?
The shipping company will leave a note and we recommend you to contact with it in order to agree a new delivery of the order.

Which is the delivery period of the orders?
For orders in Spain, the period of delivery will be from 24 to 72 hours, for orders to Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Baleares and European community will be from 2 to 7 days, and for orders to the rest of the world will be from  6 to 15 days, depending on the country of destination.

Is limited the purchase of alcoholic beverages?
For orders to deliver in Spain there is no limit of the quantity of alcoholic beverages, but if it is limited to the age of the purchaser in 18 years old. For orders to deliver outside Spain can be other limitations, depending on the country.

For orders to deliver in Spain there is no limit in the purchase of any product. For orders to deliver outside Spain can be some limitations in some of the products, depending in the case.

What happens if a product has arrived with damages?
We recommend you to check the order in the moment of delivery by the shipping company, and leave record in the shipping note and sign it. Delicat Plural will assume every extra shipping cost that could be originated, as long as the product has not being used, altered or manipulated. If needed you can contact us through ventas@delicatplural.com in a maximum period of 7 days from the reception of the order, indicating clearly which is the problem or reason of refund. We do not accept any change or refund if previously we have not received a notification. Delicat Plural will send you a new product or will refund the corresponding costs.

What happens if I have made a purchase and there is no stock of that product?
Delicat Plural will refund the total amount of the order through the payment option that the customer selected. Delicat Plural will notify to the customer through an e-mail from that incidence.

What happens if the content of the package is incorrect?
If one or more received products do not correspond to the order, we will send you the correct products or we will refund the corresponding costs. Can I send back a product if I am not satisfied?
If for any reason different from the previous ones you are not satisfied, you can return a product. In this case, once received the note the merchandise in its original envelope and in perfect conditions, we will proceed to the refund of the corresponding costs. The shipping costs from the first delivery as well as the following deliveries will be assumed by the customer. If needed you can contact us through ventas@delicatplural.com in a maximum period of 7 days from the reception of the order, indicating clearly which is the problem or reason of refund. Is it safe, the card payment?
We guarantee the maximum security and confidentiality in your purchases. The referent data in your credit card are encrypted and there is only access to them from the corresponding bank entity, in a way that the information transferred through the network enjoys a total security given that it follows the SSL protocol and Delicat Plural does not retain in any case this data, therefore we cannot visualise it nor file it.

How are the personal details treated?
In compliance with what is established in the Data Protection Law, Organic Law 15/99 on the 13th of December, the customer of Delicat Plural can in every moment apply his/her right of access, rectification and cancellation of the data. In any case we will sell or share your personal data to third parties.
