If the product has arrived with damages

We recommend you to check the order at the moment of delivery by the transport agency, and leave the record on the delivery note and sign it. Delicat Plural will assume every extra cost of transport that could be caused, as long as the product has not been used, altered or manipulated. If you need to contact us you can do it through the e-mail address sales@delicatplural.co.uk in a period of maximum 7 days from the reception of the order, indicating clearly which is the problem or reason of the refund. We do not accept any change or refund if previously we have not received a notification. Delicat Plural will send you a new product or will refund the corresponding cost.

If the content of the package is incorrect

If one or more received products are not corresponding with your order, we will send you the correct products or we will refund the corresponding cost. Delicat Plural will assume the extra cost of transport that could be caused, as long as the product have not been used, altered or manipulated. If I am not satisfied

If for any different reason from the stated previously you are not satisfied, you can return the product. In that case, once received the merchandise in its original envelope and in perfect conditions, we will proceed to the refund of the corresponding cost. The transport expenses from the first delivery and subsequent deliveries will be responsibility of the customer.
